MEMBERSHIP CONSIDERATIONS
Application
for membership in the co-op is made through the Membership Committee, which is
responsible for the allocation of vacant units to new members. Approved
guidelines are used when considering prospective members.
The
Co-op must consider many factors choosing someone, among them family size,
income with respect to subsidy availability, position on the wait list,
financial responsibility, and skills that will benefit the co-op. Due to these
factors, it sometimes takes time to be called for an interview. Please be
patient with our volunteers
