Valley Village Housing Co-operative is located on a 6.3-acre site on 138 Street near 72 Avenue in Surrey. It
is within easy reach of schools, shopping, banks, library, arena, community
center and bus loop. |
We have 131 units - 71 townhouses for families and 60 adult oriented apartments.
Common areas include the Jake Friesen Memorial Building (housing the Co-op office), a laundry room, and a meeting room with kitchen facilities. A fenced playground is on-site for your children's benefit.

There is a waiting list at Valley Village, so it is not usually possible to move in right away. When you have moved up on the waiting list and are close enough to take the next unit available, the Membership Committee will contact you.
