We are located close Evert Crowley Park, Fraser River walking trails, Fraserview and Riverway golf courses, Champlain Heights Community Centre, elementary schools and Champlain Mall.

     

Our co-op has fourty spacious townhouses – 2 one bedroom,  28  two bedroom and 10 three bedroom units.

 

The one bedrooms are 748 square feet, the two bedrooms are 1,069 to 1,324 square feet and the three bedrooms are 1,414 square feet in size.

We have a great community atmosphere and are family and pet friendly.  It is a good, safe environment for children. 

As a democratic co-op we are member owned and operated.

One half of the units are for Market Housing with the remainder reserved for those requiring subsidy. Currently we only have market units available

All applications are accepted although we are unable to provide any subsidies to new members.

We are an income ceiling co-op. Therefore, any applicants who have a gross household income exceeding $81,597.00 will not be accepted.

The monthly Market Rates are: 
 $881 for a 1 bedroom, $1,173 for a 2 bedroom and $1,369/month for a 3 bedroom.

Share purchase is $1500 for 1 and 2 bedrooms and $2000 for 3 bedroom units. 

Qualifying income for a 1 bedroom is $33,760, 2 bedroom is
 $44,960 and 3 bedroom is $52,440. 

Applications will be kept on file for one year.
