The Kinross Creek Ad Hoc Committee is an integral part of a reconciliation process that is occurring at Kinross Creek Housing Co-op.

This process was initiated in response to internal conflict over policies, ethics and personalities.  The Board of Directors hired a professional mediator from CHF BC, Mr. Don King, to help resolve these disputes.  Mr. King consulted with the community and started a mediation process involving a Social Survey (to gauge the feelings and opinions of the community) and follow-up reconciliation.   The survey was completed and an Ad Hoc Committee was created to help find long-term solutions for the community.

The Ad Hoc Committee has been working with Mr. King to facilitate healing and constructive solutions for Kinross Creek.  This website was created to help the Committee achieve these goals.
