Kinross Creek is located in the heart of Champlain Heights, a friendly community in the centre of the Lower Mainland. |

Kinross has 69 apartments and town homes that meet the housing needs of over two hundred people.
This energetic co-op is close to schools, community centres, playing fields, trails, Everett Crowley Park and Champlain Mall.
We have three playgrounds on site containing play equipment and a basketball court. A community hall provides meeting space for social activities and committee work. Park space both on and off site is also available for the "recharging of the batteries." |

Members choose how they will contribute to the running of the co-operative. Participation involves activities like landscaping, management, maintenance, social events and volunteer co-ordination. |

Kinross Creek is proud of the talent, participation and effort of its members. People from all walks of life call Kinross home - artists, carpenters, programmers, labourers, managers, retirees, students being just a few. All contribute in some way to our vibrant community.

We are currently accepting applications for one or two bedroom apartments and 2, 3, and 4
bedroom townhouses.
Unfortunately, we do not have subsidy available at this time.
